The Children & Young People's Services Directorate has responsibility for schools in Devon's LA under the Director, Anne Whiteley.

320 infant/primary schools, 37 secondary/foundation schools, 10 special schools

The Children & Young People's Service, through its own work and in partnership with others, is seeking to ensure that Devon Children achieve the best possible start in life through the five goals below:
